It seems like forever since my last post. A lot has happened since then, I hope I can remember all that has gone on.
First Micah's Aunt was diagnosed with Ehler's Danlos Syndrome Type 4. Those of you just now jumping into Micah's story, my wife Kathy died during childbirth because of a thoracic aortic dissection because of a genetic disorder called Ehler's Danlos Syndrome Type 4 (EDS4). So last Tuesday Micah got tested. This involved getting blood. If any of you have never gotten the "joy" of having a baby give blood, don't look forward to it. Having to restrain your child while someone drains blood is a tear jerking, ear splitting, heart tearing experience.
We also took our first out of state trip. We visited some friends in Pratts, Mississippi over Memorial Day Weekend. On the way back up we stopped off at my best friend's place in Jackson, Tennessee. Micah is a good little traveler. He also made a little friend in Mississippi named Anden. She is about 20 months old and cute as a button.

its good to see a new post and glad you guys had a good trip... my baby is getting shots today, so I know how you feel with the blood thing - no fun
